Mother’s Day Breakfast in Bed Ideas

The Ultimate Cooked Breakfast

A full English breakfast doesn’t have to be time-consuming or messy. With our Dual Air Fryer, you can cook crispy bacon, sausages and even eggs all at once - without needing multiple pans!

Ingredients 

(Per person)

  • 2 sausages
  • 2-3 rashers of bacon
  • 2 flat mushrooms
  • 1-2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 thick slice of black pudding
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 slice of bread

Method

  1. Start by preheating your Dual Air Fryer to 200°C for a few minutes. This will ensure that all your ingredients cook evenly and quickly.

  2. Place the bacon and sausages in the first basket of your Dual Air Fryer. Drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Set the air fryer to cook for 12 minutes. Halfway through, flip the bacon and sausages for an even crisp.

  3. While the bacon and sausages are cooking, place the hash browns in the other air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes at 200°C, turning them halfway through.

  4. After 5 minutes, add the sliced mushrooms to the basket (they only need 5 minutes to cook), ensuring everything cooks together. If necessary, adjust the timing slightly based on the size of your hash browns.

  5. While the other items are cooking, place the tomato halves in the second basket and cook for 5–7 minutes at 180°C until they soften and caramelise. Toast your bread for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown. You can even lightly butter them once toasted for extra flavour!

  6. For the eggs, crack them into small, lightly greased ramekins. Place the ramekins into the air fryer basket and cook for 6–7 minutes at 180°C. This will give you perfectly cooked eggs with soft yolks.

  7. Once everything is cooked, it’s time to plate! Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste and serve with your favourite sauces, such as brown sauce or ketchup.

A Comforting Toastie In Bed
